Project Engineer\n\nFMCG\n\nNottingham\n\nUp to £65,000\n\nMonday to Friday days\n\nJelly Technical is recruiting on behalf of a leading FMCG manufacturer for a Project Engineer to join an innovative team, within a business that creates cutting edge meal solutions into the UK food supply chain, across retail and food service.\n\nThis is an opportunity for a Project Engineer with a strong background in overseeing and managing small to medium sized CapEx projects.\n\nThe successful Project Engineer will get to join a thriving team within a supportive business, with lots of perks and added extra's to ensure you feel valued such as enhanced contributory pension, life assurance and development plans for additional training and career development.\n\nAs a Project Engineer your key responsibilities include:\n\nManaging multiple small to medium CapEx projects.\nProject budgetary control.\nLiaise and work with engineering & production to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.\nBe the main point of contact with business stakeholders, attending meetings both internally and externally.\nContractor management, ensuring all induction documentation is complete and safe and effective working is being adhered to.\nCommunicate project progress to relevant stakeholders. \n\nWhat You'll Bring:\n\nLevel 3 qualified in engineering as a minimum. \nStrong CAD experience.\nExperienced working in a projects-based role and confident working in a standalone capacity.\nFast paced manufacturing experience - FMCG / Food would be a distinct advantage.
