About the Role

Join a fast-moving manufacturing environment supporting a major production line expansion and equipment upgrades. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help drive installs, startups, and overall project execution on the plant floor.

What You’ll Do

• Support equipment installs, commissioning, and startup activities
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and plant teams
• Troubleshoot issues and keep projects moving during critical timelines
• Assist with process improvements and production efficiency
• Track progress, timelines, and key project details

What We’re Looking For

• Background in Manufacturing, Process, or Project Engineering
• Experience in plant environments, capital projects, or equipment installs
• Hands-on, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities

Pay:

• Paid Hourly + 2 Hours of OT (1.5x pay)
