Genesis Technical is seeking a Marine Electrical Project Engineer for a full-time, on-site, direct or contract assignment in Mobile, AL

Desired skills, knowledge, and abilities:
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with communication skills, both in written and oral form.
• Complete familiarity with ABS, IEEE, CFR, USCG, NVIC, SOLAS, and other rules that may apply to projects.
• Able to schedule and direct work on multiple jobs.
• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, AutoCAD, NavisWorks, ABS, DNV, USCG and marine standard practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field or Master of Science in Engineering or management is .
• Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills, strong analytical skills, ability to work in a team environment, and strong computer literacy are desired.
• Able to recognize the capabilities of project team members and organize them into an effective and efficient team.
• Experience in both commercial and military programs is a plus.
