Location: Malvern, Worcestershire
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced Project Engineer with a passion for process improvement and capital projects?
\n
We're looking for a technically driven engineer to join a growing business in lead complex manufacturing projects from concept through to commissioning, helping to deliver new technologies, improve operational performance, and drive continuous improvement across site operations.
\n
Working closely with Engineering, Production, Quality and Maintenance teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

The Role

- Lead the technical delivery of capital projects from design through to commissioning and handover.
- Develop User Requirement Specifications (URS) and technical documentation.
- Support process design, equipment selection, instrumentation and control strategies.
- Provide technical expertise during installation, commissioning and start-up activities.
- Troubleshoot process issues and lead root cause investigations.
- Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, performance and budget requirements.

About You
\n
- \n
- Experience as a Project Engineer, Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or similar.
- Strong understanding of process design, commissioning and process optimisation.
- Experience developing technical specifications, URS, PFDs and P&IDs.
- Knowledge of process equipment, instrumentation and control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within food, FMCG, pharmaceutical, chemical or other regulated manufacturing environments would be advantageous.
