A leading project and construction management team in Hawaiʻi is seeking a skilled Project Engineer to support high-level development work across active job sites. This role is responsible for coordinating project details, tracking documentation, supporting schedules and contracts, and helping ensure engineering and construction work stays aligned with scope, budget, and quality standards.

You'll work directly with Project Managers, contractors, and project stakeholders, making this a great opportunity for someone who wants real involvement in project execution and long-term professional growth in Hawaiʻi's construction industry.

Your Contribution & Impact

Project Coordination:
Support engineering and construction projects by coordinating tasks and ensuring project requirements are met.

Client & Contractor Support:
Work closely with clients, contractors, and third parties involved in project execution.

Project Documentation:
Assist with reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

Scheduling & Planning:
Support planning efforts and assist with project scheduling tools as needed.

Contract Support:
Help manage contract obligations and ensure project requirements are properly tracked.

Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with inspectors and project staff to ensure project milestones are met.

Attributes for Success

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management required
• Professional Engineering License helpful
• General construction knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with Primavera P6 and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of building systems, project site systems, and construction methods
• Ability to read and interpret contracts, drawings, and specifications
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Self-starter with strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs
• Able to work outdoors in varying conditions and travel to different work sites
