Project Engineer\nLeeds / North England\n£50,000 - £60,000 per annum\n \nA specialist refrigeration contractor delivering bespoke cooling and climate control solutions across commercial and industrial environments throughout the UK. With a strong reputation for technical expertise and project delivery, this company provides full design, installation, and maintenance services for refrigeration systems, working across sectors including retail, food production, healthcare, and manufacturing. Focused on quality, efficiency, and long-term client relationships, the business combines hands-on engineering knowledge with strong project execution and customer support.\n \nKey Responsibilities:\nManage refrigeration and HVAC projects from design through to commissioning, ensuring delivery within agreed timescales and budgets\nCoordinate project documentation, procurement, subcontractors, and on-site labour resources\nProduce and manage RAMS, project programmes, and technical documentation\nAct as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal departments throughout project delivery\nMonitor project costs, variations, and profitability while ensuring successful handover and resolution of commissioning issues\nEnsure compliance with health & safety standards and relevant industry regulations\n \nPackage:\n£50,000 - £60,000 per annum\n20 days annual leave + Bank Holidays\nPension scheme\nHome-based role\nCompany vehicle / travel expenses\nCareer development opportunities\nOngoing technical training\n \nWhat You'll Need:\nPrevious experience in a Project Engineer or Project Management role within refrigeration or HVAC\nStrong knowledge of refrigeration systems and industry regulations\nExcellent communication and customer-facing skills\nExperience managing subcontractors and coordinating project delivery\nEngineering qualifications desirable\nCSCS or CDM experience advantageous\n \nInterested in hearing more?
