Project Engineer II

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual with a strong background in oil and gas, particularly in inspection, IMR, UWILD, or ROV-based inspection methods.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field) is required.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on inspection or IMR.
  • Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, UWILD, and ROV operations is .
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for project planning and reporting.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
  • Any relevant certifications or additional qualifications will be considered an asset.
  • Manage and lead projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and effectively communicate these to the team.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and provide detailed reports on equipment and infrastructure.
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate inspection findings and implement necessary actions.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent service.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
