Project Engineer I

We're excited to be partnering with a world-class engineering company to find a talented Project Engineer ready to take ownership of challenging, high-impact projects from day one.



In this role, you’ll manage multiple engineering projects from concept through to startup, combining your technical know-how with a hands-on approach. You’ll help design smart solutions, support internal and global customers, and play a key part in the delivery of innovative equipment and systems.

Role Purpose & Key Responsibilities



Manage projects from concept to startup—on time and on budget

Size, select, and specify equipment and processes

Create process flow diagrams and P&IDs

Produce fabrication drawings and contribute to equipment design

Provide on-site technical support during installation and startup

Support internal teams and train customers where needed

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all project phases You’ll Need:



A degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering

Proficiency with AutoCAD

Strong project management skills—scheduling, tracking, reporting

Great communication skills and contract interpretation ability

Willingness to travel both in the UK and internationally Skills & Experiences



Experience in process design or capital equipment engineering

Exposure to international project environments

Understanding of industrial equipment installations   

Salary & Benefits



£50,000 to £70,000
