Job Title: Project Engineer – RC Frame Contractor (HS2)\nLocation: HS2 Site – London\nSalary: £340 to ￡370 - CIS\nContract Type: Contract\n\nHelp build the backbone of Britain’s future transport.\n\nAn established RC frame contractor working on HS2 is looking for a Project Engineer to support delivery of complex concrete structures on one of the UK’s most high-profile infrastructure projects.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious engineer with reinforced concrete experience to work on challenging and career-defining civil engineering works, including shafts, stations, bridges, and tunnel access structures.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Support site and project management teams in the planning and execution of RC frame packages.\n\n * \n\n Interpret technical drawings and ensure construction aligns with design specifications and tolerances.\n\n * \n\n Oversee setting out, concrete pours, reinforcement works, and formwork systems.\n\n * \n\n Liaise with client engineers, designers, and subcontractors to resolve technical queries.\n\n * \n\n Ensure works comply with HS2 specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.\n\n * \n\n Assist in preparation of method statements, risk assessments, and technical documentation.\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent.\n\n * \n\n Proven experience in RC frame or structural concrete delivery.\n\n * \n\n Sound knowledge of temporary works, formwork, and reinforcement detailing.\n\n * \n\n Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or rail projects (HS2 experience a plus).\n\n * \n\n CSCS card and relevant safety qualifications (SMSTS or SSSTS ).\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * \n\n Competitive Day Rate - Paid via CIS\n\n * \n\n Long-term project pipeline on HS2 and beyond.\n\n * \n\n Supportive and experienced team with strong industry reputation.\n\n * \n\n Real progression opportunities into senior engineering or site management roles.\n\nBe part of something that will stand for .\nApply now to join one of the UK’s top RC frame contractors on HS2
