The Opportunity

We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team. You'll drive project planning, coordination, and execution across all phases — making sure engineering standards, safety protocols, and client specs are met every step of the way. Your technical know-how and leadership will directly shape the quality and timeliness of the projects we deliver.

What You'll Do
\n
✅ Develop drawings, specifications, and BOMs in line with company engineering standards
\n
✅ Serve as the technical go-to for Project Managers and Production, resolving questions and supporting field issues
\n
✅ Verify manufacturability and catch constructability issues before they become problems
\n
✅ Keep documentation airtight — updated drawings, controlled revisions, and clean turnover packages
\n
✅ Champion continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and refining standards across projects
\n
What You Bring
\n
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil or Mechanical)
\n
️ 3–7 years of project engineering experience in industrial or process equipment
\n
Proficiency with CAD and engineering documentation tools
\n
✔️ Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test and DOT physical
\n
