Project Engineer\n\n11-month contract\n\nBased in West Midlands\n\n£33.88 per hour (Inside IR35)\n\n*Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility, to work full time, and travel within, the UK*\n\nAbout the company\n\nI am currently recruiting on behalf of an automotive OEM, based in West Midlands, who are looking for a Project Engineer to join their team.\n\nJob Description\n\nAs Project Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:\n\nLead the engineering delivery of programme content.\nManaging communications with stakeholders.\nLiaising with functional attribute leaders.\nLead and coach team members to success.\nApply Agile working practices. \n\nExperience Required:\n\nEngineering Programme Management.\nData Analysis Skills (using Excel, Jira, Smartsheet).\nGood communication and presentation skills.\nExperience with propulsion or electrical commodities.\nExperience in automotive industry.\nExperience of supplier management. \n\nWhy work through Contechs?\n\nContechs is a leading Automotive, Design, Engineering, Technology and Innovation Recruitment Consultancy.
