Oversee bespoke construction projects across UK, Ireland & North America



Coordinate architects, structural engineers and internal specialists for flawless delivery



Manage documentation, logistics, inventory and cost forecasting



Provide high-level technical support and drive continuous-improvement initiatives



Act as primary client contact, ensuring strong relationships and on-time outcomes



You'll Need



Proven project coordination or engineering experience in construction / architecture



Confident reading and interpreting CAD drawings (floor plans, technical details)



Strong stakeholder communication and deadline-management skills



Great If You Also Have



Exposure to commercial forecasting or cost control
