Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects from inception to completion
• Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and work plans
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Assist in procurement activities and manage project documentation

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field but not required
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and safety standards

• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
