What You’ll Do

Project Planning & Execution

  • Take ownership of project planning, preparation, and execution for water/wastewater treatment plant projects.

  • Analyze and forecast production budgets to ensure efficiency and profitability.

  • Apply strong technical knowledge of construction principles, operations, and logistics.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Share your technical expertise to support and elevate your team.

  • Work alongside project managers, superintendents, and field staff to achieve milestones.

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

  • Display analytical problem-solving skills and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Take accountability for personal and professional growth while helping others succeed.

  • Provide solutions that align with safety, compliance, and production standards.

Technology & Documentation

  • Utilize software such as MS Excel, MS Project, and Primavera P6.

  • Apply construction-specific software tools for heavy civil projects.

  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation, reporting, and forecasting.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management, preferably with water/wastewater treatment plant projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

  • Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software (Excel, MS Project, Primavera P6).

  • Experience using construction-specific software for heavy civil projects.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to use manual dexterity, maintain physical stamina, lift up to 80 lbs, and climb ladders or scaffolding as required.
