What You'll Do
- Support Project Managers and Superintendents in the execution of commercial construction projects
- Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and closeout activities
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
- Help track project schedules, budgets, procurement, and project progress
- Participate in project meetings and support project reporting and communication
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Construction, or related field (or upcoming graduate)
- 0–3 years of commercial construction experience, including internships or co-ops
- Strong interest in a career in commercial construction project management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; construction software experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
- Travel may be required depending on project assignment
