The Project Engineer will contribute to team from concept through prototye and production stage of multiple product lines

Responsibilities

• Provide support to ensure most efficient processes and operating systems in order to minimize scrap/material usage and downtime by working with various teams including Maintenance
• Participate in project management of factory automation projects and changes to processes/equipment
• Generate/maintain product drawings and project documents, along with coordinate activities around standardization, documentation and control
• Champion continuous improvement objectives
• Assist in packaging design
• Perform capacity analysis and recommend need for new equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelors in either Industrial or Mechanical Engineering required
• Minimum of 3 years experience working in a manufacturing engineering capacity
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Powerpoint)
• Solid experience working with SolidWorks 2D/3D CAD software
