About the Role
As a Project Engineer, you will serve as a critical support to the project delivery team, ensuring that construction processes align with contractual obligations and quality standards. You will work independently and collaboratively to maintain full transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Support and coordinate day-to-day construction activities to ensure conformance with project plans, contracts, and industry standards.

Manage the site office, supporting documentation flow, reporting, and internal controls.

Coordinate and support site meetings and ensure timely documentation of outcomes.

Process and verify site staff input for various reports and logs.

Assist in the preparation and processing of requests for payment or additional compensation.

Coordinate with facility operations teams and other stakeholders for project alignment.

Promote and support site safety and quality assurance protocols.

Maintain accurate records and documentation using project management software and tools.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

8+ years of progressive experience in engineering, project management, or leadership roles.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives.

High-level communication skills (written and verbal) with political acumen in client-facing environments.

Ability to read and interpret legal and technical documents (e.g., regulations, contracts, drawings).

Proven ability to identify, prevent, and resolve project issues efficiently.

Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to new technologies and tools.

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive project and personnel information.

Familiarity with:

QA/QC of plans, RFIs, and submittals
