Project Engineer

PROJECT ENGINEER – BIRMINGHAM



Our client is a leading Demolition and RC Contractor, turning over approximately £150m. They take on complex schemes across the UK and take pride in their team's dedication to delivering on time and within budget.



They are currently seeking a skilled PROJECT ENGINEER with experience working on demolition projects with retained façade and basement RC works.



Key Responsibilities:



* Plan, coordinate, and assist all phases of demolition/RC works, from inception to completion.



* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and industry standards.



* Liaise with Project Manager on demolition & basement works sequence.



* Oversee site engineers.



* Report any changes to QS.



* Heavily involved in design co-ordination and meetings.



* Design & tech submittals



* Quality Assurance



* Temporary works co-ordination



Required Skills & Experience:



* DEMOLITION EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL.



* Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field ().



* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.



* MUST have UK/London/Birmingham experience.



* CSCS & SSSTS or SMSTS

* Pay: £340 – 360 per day but negotiable for the right candidate.
