Project Engineer

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Project Engineer to lead engineering design and project execution from concept to delivery. This role is responsible for evaluating specifications, developing designs, and supporting manufacturing processes to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and interpret technical drawings and project plans

• Collaborate with teams to define project scope, schedule, and budget

• Design components using 2D and 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks )

• Conduct feasibility studies, performance testing, and cost analyses

• Review and modify equipment and product designs to improve manufacturability

• Manage and monitor project timelines, documentation, and progress reports

• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards

• Provide technical support across departments and resolve project issues

• Continuously seek improvements in product design, process efficiency, and cost reduction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering

• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Proficient in 2D/3D CAD and CAD/CAM (SolidWorks )

• Strong technical writing and communication skills

• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus

• Laser and CNC programming experience

• Excellent project management, organization, and problem-solving skills
