Solid Rock Search is representing a Pittsburgh-based General Contractor looking to hire Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers who are ready to grow not by kissing up, but by stepping up.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Supporting PMs on commercial construction projects ranging from $10M to $100M
• Working directly with superintendents, subs, clients, and vendors
• Managing RFIs, submittals, schedules, and project coordination
• Learning how to really run a job not just push paper

What You Wont Be Doing:

• Getting buried in red tape
• Waiting in line for a promotion behind someones nephew
• Drowning in politics

Who Were Looking For:

• Recent grads in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields
• Interns from big firms who want to do more than fetch coffee
• Folks with a get-it-done mindset and a desire to grow fast
• Solid communication skills and a team-first attitude
