Project Engineer

Project Engineer R&D - Wiltshire I have a great opportunity available, I'm working with an Oil & Gas technology manufacturer who are looking for a project engineer with around 3+years experience to join their R&D team. As Project Engineer you will fill a new role within the company assisting in the planning and delivery of new projects from initial capture of customer requirements to field trials and commercialisation. This role will suit an engineer with good organisation skills who enjoys being at the centre of the development of new technology. Role and responsibilities: Writing of technical requirements documents Review of relevant technical standards Development of project plans Liaison with engineers to establish timelines, costs, and risks Hands-on qualification testing, including assisting customers on field trials on location Troubleshooting and failure analysis Writing test reports and creating quality assurance documentation Working with the engineers to create clear customer documentation Experience required 3+ years project management in new product development environment Proficiency in project management tools and software Multidisciplinary experience across mechanical, electronics and software Skills & Qualifications BA in Engineering Working across cross-disciplinary teams Good general engineering design knowledge Knowledge of different materials and manufacturing technologies If you are interested in the position and think you have the skills required as a Project Engineer, please don’t hesitate to apply.
