Project Engineer

Location: TBC but will be based in Spain.
Duration: 12 months renewable contract.

I am currently recruiting for a Project Engineer to be based in Spain, with the exact location TBC. for a leading chemicals client of ours.

Job Description:
Integrating the project team, the project engineer is responsible to coordinate the design and construction of its area of responsibility & expertise and to liaise with project man******ment, EPCm companies and contractors to successfully implement new assets and facilities until commissioning and/or handover.

Job Requirements:
-University degree, or equivalent qualification, in Engineering, preferably in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation/Automation
-Relevant experience and understanding in the execution of industrial projects in 
-Knowledge of EHS standards, industry good practices and legal requirements applicable to the speciality of focus
-Competent (written and verbal) in Spanish and English
