This individual will be responsible for taking ownership of high-profile infrastructure projects. This is a pivotal role for an accomplished leader with the expertise to manage large-scale project delivery while building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.\n\nThis senior leadership role offers the opportunity to direct complex mechanical and electrical engineering works from concept through to completion, shaping the success of landmark schemes and driving technical excellence across the business.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n

• \nProvide strategic leadership across all phases of major M&E projects, from design and procurement to installation, commissioning, and handover.\n

• \nOversee multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring delivery against programme, cost, and quality benchmarks.\n

\n

• \nChampion best practice in health, safety, environment, and quality management.\n

\n

• \nLead design coordination, value engineering, and risk management to optimise outcomes.\n

\n

• \nAct as the senior interface for clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.\n

\n

• \nContribute to business growth by identifying opportunities, securing repeat work, and enhancing the company's market reputation.\n

\n\nAbout You\n

\n
• \nDegree-qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).\n

\n

• \nSubstantial experience directing major M&E projects.\n

\n

• \nIn-depth knowledge of design, installation, and commissioning across both mechanical and electrical systems.\n

\n

• \nProven ability to lead, inspire, and manage large teams to deliver exceptional results.\n

\n

• \nStrong commercial awareness and excellent client-facing skills.\n

\n

• \nConsistent track record of delivering projects to time, budget, and quality targets.\n

\n
