Job Description: The Project Director will provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for the TECHGATE program, ensuring that objectives are met on time and within scope. Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of the TECHGATE program. Coordinate cross-functional teams and align deliverables with goals. Manage timelines, deliverables, and project risks. Serve as primary liaison with stakeholders and reporting agencies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred). 8 years of experience managing federal grant programs. Demonstrated leadership of technical training or workforce programs. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of IAC or consortia-led models. Experience managing federal program reporting requirements.
