    Position Title: Project Director - Mayo Behavioral Health

    Overview:

    Mayo Behavioral Health is a leading mental health organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals through evidence-based practices and compassionate care. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Director to join our team and lead the planning and implementation of various behavioral health projects.     Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of assigned behavioral health projects, including budget, timeline, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify project goals and objectives, create a comprehensive project plan, and set realistic timelines for completion.
  • Lead and motivate project team members to ensure successful completion of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and funding agencies to secure resources and support for projects.
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or delays, developing and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status, progress, and outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in the behavioral health field, incorporating them into project planning and implementation.

    Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in a healthcare or social services setting.
  • Strong understanding of mental health and behavioral healthcare systems and services.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders and community partners.
  • Experience in grant writing and securing funding for projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for improving the lives of individuals struggling with mental health issues.
