​Project Development Manager – Germany

Location: Berlin (Hybrid)

Salary: DOE + %Bonus + Benefits

Overview:

An international clean energy developer is growing its footprint in Germany. The Project Development Manager will support project delivery from early-stage development through M&A, focusing on large-scale battery storage, solar, and wind projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project pipeline; identify new opportunities.

• Secure sites, grid connections, and manage stakeholder relationships.

• Support interconnection, permitting, project modeling, and procurement.

• Assist in project financing and tender processes.

• Contribute to market strategy and business development in Germany.
  

Requirements:

• 2–7 years of renewable energy project development experience.

• Experience with German permitting and interconnection processes.

• Master’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.

• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Fluent in German & English.
