Key Responsibilities:



* Develop and technical design solutions tailored to client needs.



* Prepare competitive, high-quality design quotations to support the sales process.



* Translate live leads into effective design concepts to secure business.



* Collaborate with the wider team to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.



* Support the design and development process from concept through to implementation.



What We’re Looking For:



* Previous experience in mechanical, electrical, or site construction/project management.



* Solid understanding of technical design and construction drawings.



* Ability to interpret and work from mechanical and electrical schematics.



* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.



* A proactive mindset with a willingness to grow and take on leadership responsibilities.
