We are looking for a project design coordinator to add to our team in Terrell, just 30 minutes East of Dallas, who will lead the production & design teams with multiple projects from kickoff to completion.


Required Experience:

·       5+ years of professional experience in Construction Project Management or related field

·       Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

·       Experience leading teams, coordinating production schedules and managing client communication


Roles & Responsibilities:

·       Create comprehensive Excel Spreadsheets for tracking orders, inventory, production and more.

·       Review all final designs and extra material take-offs for a complete package handoff to the production department

·       Review Inventory reports of materials on hand

o  Tagging or reserving materials for specific projects

o   Scheduling material purchases for timely delivery

o   Periodically inspect materials in stock and compare to inventory reports

o   Work closely with Accounting to reconcile inventory values each month

·       Generate, maintain and share schedules

·       Communicate effectively and timely with customers to coordinate production schedules, material orders and delivery

·       Prepare submittals using Adobe & Bluebeam

·       Develop checklists & procedures for design team, production management and material estimates

·       Create tools & techniques to automate tasks, and be able to effectively train team on those techniques


Software Skills:

·       Extremely proficient in Excel & Procore

·       Revit & AutoCAD experience a plus

·       Bluebeam

·       Knowledge of additional software that may increase overall efficiency, a plus.
