Location: Irwindale, CA 91702 (Hybrid) (In office Wed and Thurs)

Duration: 12+ months with possible extension or conversion

Pay range: $33/hr - $35/hr

Schedule: Mon – Fri

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to support data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics, reporting, and insights . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAS, along with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis and develop insights to drive operational decisions.
• Synthesize and interpret large volumes of data efficiently.
• Support data management, reporting, and visualization.
• Develop clear and compelling presentations in PowerPoint for stakeholders.
• Build and maintain SAS codes, queries, and reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related discipline).
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) and PowerPoint.
• Strong SAS programming skills (coding, queries, reporting).
• Familiarity with Access or similar database tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Python for data analysis.
• Knowledge of SAP or other enterprise systems.
