Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator (Supply Chain Management) will provide comprehensive support to project managers ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include managing schedules, arranging meetings, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate documentation. This position serves as a key communication link between team members, stakeholders, and clients. This role is responsible for keeping a critical eye on project timelines, budget and objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, arrange meetings, track project progress, and maintain project documentation
- Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring all are informed and aligned
- Assist with allocating resources, procurement and budget tracking
- Identify potential risks and issues and escalate them to the project manager
- Review project deliverables ensuring they meet quality standards
- Maintain project documentation such as records, reports, billing reports, and other essential documents
- Train buyers or planners during new business implementation
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in project management, supply chain, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or related field required
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordinator or specialist roles
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management software and tools is
