Russell Tobin's client, an online food ordering company, is hiring a Remote Compliance & Photo Review Associate.
Job Title: Remote Compliance & Photo Review Associate / Logistics Compliance & Data Analyst
Location: Remote
Schedule: ~35 hours per week
Pay Rate: $25 -$27/hr.
Duration: 4-5 months
About the Role:
We are forming a dynamic team focused on enhancing delivery success and drop-off compliance for a major logistics and delivery platform. This is a high-impact role helping shape the user experience and product direction for one of the company’s most strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support successful delivery fulfillment
- Review and grade delivery photos in real-time to train a Machine Learning photo verification model
- Provide direct feedback to delivery personnel on photo quality
- Upload and organize photo score data for internal systems and product training
- Conduct outreach to delivery drivers and customers to improve address and instruction clarity
- Perform data scraping and editing to enhance delivery guidance and outcomes
- Support with ad-hoc investigations and workflow improvements
Qualifications:
- Required: Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, formatting, and data entry)
- : Familiarity with Pivot Tables, cleaning datasets, and running pre-built queries
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with quick decision-making and escalation practices
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Background:
- Parcel delivery monitoring, logistics compliance, or fraud detection (e.g., UPS/FedEx)
- Data entry within logistics or operational coordination
- Consulting or analytics experience involving goods delivery
