Project Coordinator/Production Tech

Job Functions

·         Organize and plan regular workflow for vinyl and fabrication production based on scheduled installations.

·         Submit, review, and facilitate underground locates for any projects that require digging.

·         Answer incoming phone calls and give information to callers, take messages, redirect callers to colleagues if needed.

·         Coordinate projects for vehicle graphics/wraps and coordinate outside resources as needed.

·         Regularly update clients on status of ongoing projects.

·         Work with salespeople to execute scope of work.

·         Provide production support as needed on fast-track projects (vinyl graphics, commercial real estate signage, plaques, interior signage, etc.).

·         Operate plotter, laminator, wide-format equipment to produce client jobs.

·         Maintain and care all printer, laminator, and computer equipment.

·         Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

·         High School Diploma or GED

·         Valid Driver’s License

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficiency with computers

·         Good interpersonal skills in working with customers, employees, management, and vendors

·         Positive attitude with strong, dependable, and honest work ethic

·         Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

·         Must be able to follow all company policies and procedures

Physical requirements

·         Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time to perform basic office functions

·         Ability to lift 20lbs, physically able to work in sign shop environment
