If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading manufacturer at an exciting time of investment and growth.\n\nTell me more…\n\n This role sits within the Engineering Project Management team, supporting a wide range of tooling, R&D, cap-ex and capacity growth projects.
You’ll play a key part in keeping project plans on track – coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, kitting parts for sign-off, chasing approvals, and keeping all stakeholders aligned.\n\nIt’s perfect for someone who enjoys variety, has excellent organisational skills, and is confident communicating across production, design, planning, quality and engineering.\n\nWhat will you be doing?\n\n• Supporting and coordinating engineering tooling and cap-ex projects in line with internal procedures\n\n • Creating and maintaining all project documentation throughout the full lifecycle\n\n • Facilitating cross-team communication across production, planning, design, quality and other stakeholders\n\n • Supporting process mapping and managing a rolling schedule of project activities\n\n • Identifying risks that may impact timelines and helping provide solutions and workarounds\n\n • Running regular project catch-ups and attending relevant internal meetings\n\n • Using the ERP system to support information flow and highlight issues or delays\n\n • Releasing/kitting parts required for project sign-off activities\n\n • Problem-solving with teams across the business when challenges arise\n\n • Providing consistent updates to the Project Manager and Engineering Manager\n\n • Bringing a flexible, proactive and positive approach to every task\n\nWhat do you need?\n\n• Strong administrative experience within an engineering, manufacturing or technical environment (ideal)\n\n • Highly organised with excellent time management\n\n • Confident communicator who can work with multiple departments\n\n • Competent using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)\n\n • Project management knowledge or certification (APM / PRINCE2 principles desirable)\n\n • GCSE Maths & English Grade C / 4 or above\n\n • Able to work both independently and as part of a wider team\n\nWhy apply?\n\n• Competitive salary depending on experience\n\n • 25 days holiday + bank holidays\n\n • Additional 3 days off over the festive period\n\n • Enhanced company pension scheme\n\n • Life cover (3x salary)\n\n • Company bonus scheme\n\n • Employee Assistance Programme\n\n • Join a supportive, forward-thinking engineering organisation with real opportunities to grow\n\nIf you’re an organised, proactive and people-focused coordinator who loves keeping projects on track and enjoys working across multiple functions, this could be a perfect next step.\n\nKingdom People is acting as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of the client.\n\n#INDFPR
