About this job:

We are seeking a positive and dependable person with great communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to join our team!

Job Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

• Establishes and Maintains relationships with General Contractors and Suppliers, Supporting the Project Manager & Office Manager with Specific Project Requests
• Issue and Track Purchase Orders
• Coordinate and Maintain Spreadsheets
• Assisting the Estimator (Preparing/E-Mailing/Following-Up on Quotes/Substitution Requests/Non-ACI Product Submittals)
• Scheduling and Updating the Installation Schedule
• General Administrative Functions Including: Back-Up of Incoming Calls, Reading/Sending E-Mails, Photocopying, Scanning, Faxing, etc.

Qualifications:

• Computer Skills ~ Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Google: Docs/Spreadsheets/Calendar
• Construction Industry Knowledge Helpful, But Not Mandatory
• Deadline and Detail-Oriented
• Punctual and Dependable
