Project CoordinatorSurbiton£45,000 - £55,000 + Training + Progression + Great Working EnvironmentThis is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established luxury interiors specialist that designs and supplies bespoke furniture for high-end residential projects, where you will play a key role coordinating projects from order through to installation whilst growing alongside the business.Are you someone with experience coordinating projects within the construction, manufacturing or bespoke joinery and are looking for a new opportunity? Do you want to join a growing business with great staff retention where you can develop your career technically?This company established company specialise in high-end luxury internal furnishings, including doors and joinery projects. With a manufacturing facility in Europe, newly established joinery department and brand-new office in Miami now is a great time to join this business who boast clear and exciting goals as an organisation.Within the role you will act as the central coordination point across multiple projects, ensuring clear communication between clients, site teams, installers and the internal production department. You will help manage project timelines, track progress and ensure all stages run smoothly from order through to installation. The role is predominantly office-based in working closely with the wider team, with some flexibility to work from home once established in the role.Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an individual with experience in project coordination, administration or management within the construction or manufacturing sector, who has strong organisation and effective communication skills.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a social and collaborative company where you will play an important role across live projects, where you will be exposed to luxury settings whilst progressing alongside the business.The Role:
- Coordinating projects from start to finish
- Coordinating site surveys, production schedules and installation teams
- Managing project information through the company CRM
- Predominantly office based in West Moseley
The Person:
- Experience coordinating projects within construction, manufacturing, or bespoke joinery environments
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Full UK driving licence and commutable distance to their office in West Moseley
