Project Coordinator

We’re a leading HVAC company looking for the right candidate for our Project Coordinator position in our Mechanical Install Department.

We're seeking a motivated, outgoing, and professional individual who is ambitious and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job requirements:

3-5 years experience in HVAC construction field

Attention to detail is a must

Above average verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment

Read and interpret contracts and building plans a plus

Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, and eSub

Job Duties:

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and field personnel

Read contracts and blueprints

Accurate and timely completion of reports and other documentation

Scheduling pick-up and deliveries of equipment

Entering data into construction software (e-Sub)

General office functions
