Project Coordinator - IT Services \nLocation - Derby (Hybrid)\nSalary 25-30k Dept on experience\n\nAre you an organised, proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a talented Project Coordinator to join our IT services team and play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs Project Coordinator, you'll be the connective tissue between clients, internal teams, and external partners. From keeping projects on track to ensuring clients are always in the loop.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\n\nScheduling and coordinating project meetings, capturing and distributing accurate minutes to all stakeholders\nMonitoring project milestones and proactively flagging risks or potential delays before they become problems\nActing as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular, transparent updates on project status\nManaging client expectations with confidence and professionalism\nSupporting the allocation and tracking of resources across projects, including internal IT staff and third-party vendors\nLiaising with internal teams including technical support and infrastructure to ensure timely service delivery\nBuilding and maintaining strong vendor relationships to support smooth coordination with external partners\nContinuously identifying opportunities to improve project management processes, driving greater efficiency and client satisfaction What We're Looking For\n\nStrong organisational and time management skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication abilities\nExperience in a project coordination or client-facing role\nConfidence working cross-functionally across teams and with external stakeholders\nA proactive mindset with a keen eye for process improvement\nExperience with IT services would be an advantage Why Join Us?\n\nYou'll be joining a collaborative team that values clear communication, continuous improvement, and delivering real results from their clients.
