Growing General Contractor for Commercial Construction needs a person to track project scheduling, budgets and deliverables. They will assist in updating project documents, change orders and meeting minutes and will communicate with clients and subcontractors and maintain project files.
Responsibilities include:
Bidding Process, Submittals, Lien waivers, Change Orders, Certificates of Insurance
Client billings and Close outs, Weekly reports, Multi-tasking several projects at one time.
