Project Coordinator
Job Description Job Description Robert Half is partnering with a modern construction company in Buffalo, NY area on their search for a Project Coordinator with top-tier attention to detail. This in-office role will support a team of top-tier Project Managers in a wide variety of critical tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly learn and navigate construction management software. Pay : $28 - $30 per hour Responsibilities include but not limited to: Prepare and manage project correspondence, contracts, change orders, and insurance certificates Create, organize, and maintain project documents in compliance with company standards and client requirements Assist with billing paperwork, invoices, and related financial documentation Track and log project data in construction management software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Support Project Managers with scheduling, meeting preparation, and general administrative tasks Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure clear communication and proper documentation flow Provide general office and administrative support as needed Previous administrative or project coordination experience in the construction industry Proficiency with construction management software; Sage and Procore experience a plus Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team environment
