Job Title: Project Coordinator\nLocation: Northampton\nSalary: £26,000.00, rising to £27,000.00 upon successful completion of probation\nHours: Full-Time\n\n Overview:\nA respected client in the industrial solutions sector is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join their operations team based in Northampton. This position plays a key role in managing installation projects from initial order through to final handover. It offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong administrative and coordination skills to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\n\n Key Responsibilities:\n\nCoordinate the full project lifecycle to ensure timely and accurate delivery of installation projects\n\nProvide key support to the sales team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction\n\nCommunicate efficiently with internal departments, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients\n\nLog and track enquiries, quotations, and orders in line with company procedures\n\nAccurately process new customer orders and maintain data integrity\n\nRaise purchase orders and manage procurement for project materials and labour\n\nSchedule deliveries and allocate labour resources to meet project timelines\n\nPrepare and complete project handovers with accurate documentation for service continuity\n\nMaintain up-to-date project records and assist with internal reporting\n\nReview and verify supplier and subcontractor invoices, escalating discrepancies where necessary\n\nHandle customer queries with professionalism and timely responses\n\nAdhere to and actively contribute to improving internal processes and project workflows\n\nCandidate Profile:\n\nA collaborative team player with exceptional verbal and written communication skills\n\nOffice-based experience with high levels of computer literacy and confidence on the phone\n\nProven ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail\n\nHighly organised, proactive, and solution-focused, with a commitment to delivering quality results
