Landmark Builders is seeking an experienced, full-time Project Coordinator in its Winston-Salem, NC office.

Our primary markets include industrial, distribution, office, retail, education, healthcare, hospitality, and senior living construction.
Job Summary
As an integral part of the Triad new construction team, this Project Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative support for successful project implementation, assisting multiple Project Managers with multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project startup activities, including submission of required legal notices, assistance in the procurement of permits, and Procore setup
- Assistance in the procurement of subcontractor insurance certificates and bonds
- Management of plans and plan revisions to ensure that all files are current and distributed to the project team
- Assistance as needed with weekly progress reports, monthly applications for payment, meeting minutes, schedules, and other project documentation
- Procurement of subcontractor closeout documents and creation of owner project manuals at completion
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant construction experience/knowledge
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Team-oriented focus
