Position Overview:

This position will provide the candidate an opportunity to work in multiple disciplines during the project

execution and will provide project support for multiple ongoing projects. This includes assistance with

materials order/receipt, project timing, project reporting, contract deliverables, and other project related

tasks. Must be organized, creative, independent, and self-motivated, enthusiastic, dependable, detail

oriented, flexible in scheduling and prioritization. Must be able to multi-task, and focus with composure, in

accordance with changing deadlines and priorities. Work will be in the RTH Concord, NC office. Candidate

will be working under the direction of the Project Manager.

Primary Duties:

▪ Perform project setup, updates, and close out in the RTH ERP system

▪ Order, track, receive, reconcile, and stage materials.

▪ Handle all project documents.

▪ Communicate project details to the customer.

▪ Communicate with vendors regarding project deliverables.

▪ Communicate with internal team members regarding project deliverables, tasks and updates.

▪ Mange project changes

▪ Track project financials

▪ Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, current, and stored appropriately.
