What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a passionate and well-rounded Project Coordinator with 6+ years of experience working with building owners, homeowners, or the public, supporting project teams in delivering services to our clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on various projects focused on reusing, rehabilitating, and modernizing existing residential buildings, individual homes, and other structures

In this position, you will be responsible for facilitating communication, organizing tasks, and ensuring the smooth flow of project activities. In addition, you will assist in project planning, scheduling, data management, community outreach activities, progress reporting, and team member support to efficiently meet objectives.

As part of our collaborative office culture, you will work closely with principals, project managers, designers, consultants, clients, homeowners, and other team members through regular meetings and one-on-one discussions.

Key Qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • 6 plus years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, database entry, and ability to adapt to new technology.
  • Experience working with homeowners. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry is strongly .

Where Will You Work
This position is based in San Diego, CA, with the expectation of in-office work.  The position may require some travel throughout the United States.

What We Offer
Jones Payne provides a salary range of $62,000 to $79,000, commensurate with experience, and offers comprehensive benefits promoting financial, personal, professional, and community wellness. Key benefits include:

Eligibility
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and either be local to the San Diego area or willing to relocate. Preference will be given to local candidates.
