That’s where you come in.We’re looking for a Project Controls Manager who thrives on structure, loves solving problems, and is passionate about helping teams deliver on time and on budget. If you’re someone who enjoys diving into the details while keeping your eye on the big picture, we’d love to have you on our team.  YOUR DAY-TO-DAY 

  • Developing and maintaining project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
  • Collaborating with schedulers and project managers to align cost and schedule data.
  • Monitoring project performance and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Supporting change management processes, including cost and schedule impact analysis.
  • Preparing reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Helping teams understand the “why” behind the numbers and make informed decisions.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of project controls tools and processes.

  YOU’RE READY FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE 

  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project controls, cost engineering, or construction finance.
  • Strong understanding of construction cost management, scheduling, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Primavera P6, Excel, Power BI, and project management software.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for helping teams succeed.
