Job Summary:
Client is seeking an experienced Project Controls Consultants to ensure the successful execution of property and construction projects. This role offers exposure to a wide range of Project Controls functions, including contract management, cost control, scheduling, advisory services, and risk management.

Job Duties:
• Actively engage with clients to build, maintain, and strengthen positive relationships.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality cost management services that meet client expectations.
• Manage projects in alignment with internal procedures, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
• Prepare and present order of cost estimates and option studies to support project decision-making.
• Develop and maintain detailed cost plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct cost-in-use studies to support value optimization.
• Advise on and implement effective procurement strategies tailored to project requirements.
• Assist in the development of project risk management plans during both planning and delivery phases.
• Support the Project Manager with project risk assessments and qualitative/quantitative risk analyses to inform data-driven decisions.
• Prepare tender documentation and manage the tendering process, including designing evaluation frameworks.
• Evaluate tenders and prepare detailed reports for client review.
• Value completed works and coordinate payment processes.
• Manage final account settlements in a timely and accurate manner.
• Administer contracts in the role of Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agent.
• Produce and deliver comprehensive project reports to clients.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in cost management across all project phases
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in cost estimating and planning
• Solid understanding of construction methods and materials
• Familiarity with construction procurement and contract strategies, including tendering
• Practical experience in post-contract cost management activities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Methodical, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to work
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to dynamic project environments
• Skilled in problem-solving, negotiation, financial management, and numerical analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to interpret complex information and quickly assess project requirements
• Knowledge of legislation and regulatory considerations impacting building contracts
• Effective team player with a collaborative working style
