Project Controller

We are looking for a Project Controller for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Isabela, Philippines

Start date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 18 months

Working schedule: 6 days per week

SOLAR Project experience

Candidate location: Philippines

Preferred candidates: Local candidates

The role will be responsible for the following key duties and functions:

• Develop and maintain the project master schedule and monitor progress against baseline
• Track project costs, commitments, and forecasts (EAC)
• Monitor cost and schedule variances and provide analysis/recommendations
• Consolidate weekly and monthly progress reports and management dashboards
• Validate contractor progress claims (physical vs financial)
• Manage change control, including variation impact on cost and schedule
• Maintain the risk register and support mitigation tracking
• Support EOT and claims assessment with proper documentation and analysis
