Project Manager – Architectural Woodwork - Opera house\n\nJeddah, Saudi Arabia (with initial travel to Athens)\n£100,000 + Flight Allowance + Accommodation + Bonus\nStart Date: Immediate\n\nThe Company:\nOur client is a globally recognised leader in high-end and complex joinery and architectural woodwork, delivering exceptional projects across luxury, cultural, and commercial developments worldwide.\n\nThey are now seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead the architectural woodwork package for the new Opera House in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia — one of the region’s most prestigious and technically challenging projects.\n\nThe Project:\nThe successful candidate will oversee the complete interior woodwork package for the Opera House’s main conference room, including:\n\n * \n\n Bespoke wall cladding and feature ceilings\n\n * \n\n Custom-designed doors, windows, and architectural joinery\n\n * \n\n Specialist furniture and high-end finishes\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Manage the entire project lifecycle from shop drawings and material approvals through to installation and client handover\n\n * \n\n Fully understand and interpret the client’s needs, ensuring all works meet the design intent and quality standards\n\n * \n\n Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and project delivery\n\n * \n\n Oversee budget control, scheduling, and quality assurance\n\n * \n\n Conduct regular project meetings and address any technical or operational challenges\n\n * \n\n Report directly to the CEO with strategic oversight on progress and performance\n\n * \n\n Be prepared to travel to Athens during the early stages, where the company’s manufacturing facilities are located\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Proven experience managing architectural woodwork and complex joinery projects\n\n * \n\n Strong understanding of shop drawings, technical approvals, and material submittal processes\n\n * \n\n Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills\n\n * \n\n International project experience, ideally within the Middle East or on large-scale cultural developments\n\n * \n\n Relevant degree or technical qualification in Construction, Engineering, or Project Management\n\n * \n\n Immediate availability is essential\n\nPackage Includes:\n\n * \n\n £100,000 tax-free annual salary\n\n * \n\n Flight allowance and accommodation provided\n\n * \n\n Annual performance bonus\n\n * \n\n Long-term career prospects with a world-class specialist contractor\n\nApply Now:\nIf you’re an experienced Project Manager with expertise in architectural woodwork and high-end joinery, and are ready to take on an immediate, career-defining opportunity in Saudi Arabia, we’d love to hear from you
