Job Description

Overview\nWe are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager specialised in new high-end build developments to oversee and coordinate large-scale construction project from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovative project within a dynamic construction environment, ensuring all phases are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.\nDuties\nLead and manage all aspects of new build construction projects, including execution and close-out phases.\nDevelop detailed project schedules, ensuring realistic timelines and resource allocations.\nCoordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.\nMonitor progress against project milestones, adjusting plans as necessary to address delays or unforeseen issues.\nOversee health and safety compliance on-site, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.\nManage procurement processes, including tendering and contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.\nPrepare comprehensive progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting key developments and potential risks.\nEnsure effective time management across teams to optimise productivity and meet project deadlines.\nQualifications\nProven experience in managing large-scale new build construction high-end projects from start to finish.\nExperience as a General contractor (including search of suppliers during all stages of the project), be aware of prices of the materials needed for the construction\nAbility to read blueprints, knowledge of BIM is preferable\nStrong knowledge of Civil 3D for site design and layout coordination is highly desirable.\nExcellent organisational skills with a focus on effective time management.\nDemonstrated ability to lead and coordinate multiple stakeholders and suppliers efficiently.\nCivil Engineering or equivalent qualifications.\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.\nThis position offers a rewarding career path for driven professionals eager to contribute to innovative construction projects while developing their expertise within a supportive organisation committed to excellence in the built environment.\nJob Type: Full-time
