Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Project Manager to deliver a major high-end residential project: a large private mansion featuring a tower crane, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and complex architectural and MEP elements.\nThis role is site-based and requires someone who is comfortable being on the tools end of construction — coordinating trades, solving problems in real time, and driving quality on site.\nThe Role\n• Full responsibility for day-to-day site management and programme delivery\n• Direct coordination and management of multiple trades and specialist subcontractors\n• Overseeing complex works including structural, crane operations, pools, and high-spec finishes\n• Ensuring health & safety, quality, and sequencing are maintained at all times\n• Liaising closely with consultants, suppliers, and the client team\n• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making on site\nAbout You\n• Strong trade background (carpentry, MEP, or similar)\n• Proven experience delivering complex, high-value residential projects\n• Confident managing tower crane operations and demanding build logistics\n• Practical, decisive, and comfortable getting stuck in when required\n• High standards of workmanship and attention to detail\n• Calm under pressure and able to lead by example\nProject Highlights\n• Landmark private residence\n• Indoor & outdoor swimming pools\n• Tower crane on site\n• Long-term, technically demanding build\nThis role is not suited to a purely desk-based or reporting-focused Project Manager.
