Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project & Communications Manager to lead business initiatives from concept through successful delivery. This role blends project management excellence with internal communications and employee engagement leadership. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a hands?on executor who thrives in a fast?paced, collaborative environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and team leadership.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder?management skills.
- Experience with Modern SharePoint administration and content management.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and executive?level presentation development.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI tools and a passion for driving digital enablement.
- Experience managing internal communications or employee engagement programs is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Project Management
- Plan, manage, and execute business projects to ensure on?time delivery, within scope and budget.
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and success metrics.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Lead and coordinate cross?functional project teams; select and guide supporting staff as needed.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring all phases meet company quality standards, processes, and budget expectations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including negotiation of materials and service agreements.
- Provide clear, consistent reporting on project status, milestones, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and clients.
Communications & Employee Engagement
- Maintain and expand internal communication initiatives, including:
- Company newsletters
- All?hands meeting preparation
- Cultural and employee engagement activities
- Educational and learning initiatives
- Oversee and enhance modern SharePoint sites and internal knowledge hubs.
- Drive adoption and awareness of AI tools and emerging technologies across the organization.
- Support development and maintenance of internal wikis and documentation.
