Role - what you'll do



Produce bespoke CAD drawings for specialist construction systems (approval and production).



Interpret architectural/structural drawings; manage revisions and standards.



Support project coordination: documentation, trackers, and clear technical handovers.



Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders; attend occasional site visits.



Keep systems and records accurate; drive quality and version control.



Person - what you'll bring



Background as a CAD Technician / CAD Detailer / Design Engineer (Construction/Architecture or similar).



Confident reading CAD drawings and communicating technical detail.



Organised, accurate and proactive; comfortable with client interaction.



Motivated by progression in a high-growth Cookstown team.
